I haven't done a giveaway in awhile and I just recently reached 600 followers, soooo I think it's about that time.

I'll be giving away a set of these.

 

If you've been in my shop, you've probably seen them.  I even blogged about them a month or so ago.  I bought 6 of them so I've got plenty to spare.  I'm valuing these at $55 since they're in my shop for $40, plus $15 for shipping.  Anywho, I'm sure you can tell that they are some sort of finial.  They look like they may have been used for fenceposts.  There is some cracking and some wear on them, which I love.  They're quite large,  as you can tell by the measurements.

Height - approx 8.5 inches

Diameter at widest point = 22 inches

Weight - Approx 5.5 pounds each

 

Charles and I came up with a few uses for them; bookends, doorstop, decorative piece, paper weight (kidding).  If you win them, you are free to do what you want.  Leave them as is or paint them.  It'd be way awesome if you did a post on them showing what you decided to do with them in the end.
