What in the heck is this???  When I bought it (from GW), I thought it was an old juice glass rack, but i googled and googled and I don't think there is any such thing.  If there is, it sure doesn't look like this.  Lately, I'm thinking maybe it's a votive holder.  I have no idea.  Anyone care to take a guess?

In person, it doesn't look black.  It looks rusted.

And while I have you here, what are these?  I found something online about a fruit bowl or something, but what are they called?  A pedestal bowl??
