Valentine's Day Bunting Giveaway from Sweet Caroline - formerly The Speckled Dog

This week, I'm giving away one of my popular Valentine's Day buntings.  I think they're adorable, and even though I might be a bit biased, these things are selling like hotcakes in my shop.  To celebrate getting back into blogging, and actually posting consistently this week, I'd like to give one away to one of you guys.

This one is seems to be the Etsy favorite.  It's made up of 10 mini flags, each with a different fabric heart.
