A few months ago, I ran across this idea over at Reinvented. I did these as part of my daughter's mini-bathroom makeover that seems to be taking me forever to finish. This is a very cheap and easy project. Just like I like 'em!

This is CUTE!
ReplyDeleteI've done this with wallpaper (to match the walls) before and loved the results, but it was hard! Yours are adorable!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the polka dot switchplates!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteKristi, that is fab! :)
ReplyDeletebtw I the secret with the cake pops is to make sure they are very, very chilled before you attempt to stick 'em up! :)
Place them in the freezer or fridge for a few hours and be v v v v gentle when coating with the melted chocolate and use a spoon to help in the coating. Then I placed them to dry on a floral sponge in the fridge. Don't know if bakerella puts hers in the fridge, but they set very nicely.
Hope this helps,
Bird
I love polka dots, so this caught my eye - cute idea to spice up a switchplate!

ReplyDeleteI love this idea! I recently mod podged the fan in my boys' room to make it look nicer and I had some leftover paper. Now I want to go mod podge all of their switchplates! :-)
